Kindly note that our non-negotiable terms of purchase are as follows:1. Seller sends offer along with digital pictures as email attachment and/or Video CD of the entire stock of scrap offered.
2. Quality of all Scrap offered to strictly conform to ISRI codes and regulations.
3. Contract is signed if price and quality is accepted.
4. Seller provides SGS Superintendence PRE-SHIPMENT visual inspection Certificate of the scrap offered.
5. Seller issues PBG 2% of Gross CNF value.
6. We, as Buyers open confirmed Letter of Credit for 100% of the goods value payable by the issuing bank 90% at sight and 10% after final SGS report at the discharge port.
7. Shipment commences.
